Purposes of data processing by the responsible body and third parties

Privacy in the course of your application

Your personal data will be collected and stored by us if you send them to us by e-mail or post. By submitting your application documents, you agree that your personal data may be collected, processed and used by SkySails for the purposes of the application process. As part of the application process, your data will be used by our human resources department and senior executives involved in the application process to review your job listing profile.

Your application documents will be stored for a maximum of 18 months from the receipt of your application. 6 months after completing the application process or when you withdraw your application, your data will be deleted.

From time to time, we would like to include candidates in our pool of applicants so that we can consider them for future appointments. In this case, we will inform you about this and ask for your consent. Without your consent, your documents will not be included in the pool of applicants. Of course, you can revoke your consent at any time. Your application documents will be stored in our pool of applicants for a maximum of 12 months. Should we have any further interest in the storage of your data, we will contact you in advance again. Otherwise, the data will be deleted after 12 months without separate notification.
